BC'S 50th JUBILEE WEEKEND​​​​​​​

What a weekend we had for the 50th Jubilee celebrations! So many alumni from all decades returned to school to catch up with old friends and teachers, browse yearbooks and class photos and take a trip down memory lane.

We hope everyone had a great time and enjoyed the chance to reflect on their time at BC and how it helped to shape who they've become. Enjoy some of the pictures (below) of our weekend!

BC YEARBOOKS

​​​​​​​We still have copies of the commemorative 2022 Golden Jubilee yearbook for sale. ($25 incl. post to anywhere in NZ.) As well as last year’s school happenings, it contains photo galleries of Birkdale/Birkenhead college life and activities. There are reminiscences from Vanessa Lane (the first Head Girl) and Foundation pupil, Geoff Pooch. An image of every yearbook cover is in there, along with an accompanying piece of trivia and a list of students and staff who worked on yearbooks through the decades.
