Birkenhead College recently hosted our Te Ara Whetū Kāhui Ako Conference for our local educators, from kindergarten to college. This was an opportunity to strengthen relationships with kaiako. Teachers and teacher aides shared ideas that are informed by the latest research, and we had several past BC pupils presenting and in attendance. The conference also provided opportunities for reflection and plans to use new strategies in our classrooms to raise achievement across our community. Team work makes the dream work!
