The Administration fee is a non-refundable, once only fee. This includes homestay placement fee, airport pick-up, homestay monitoring as per Code of Practice, school magazine, assistance with visa renewal, insurance claims, annual student ID cards and locker rental if available.
$275 per week.
$285 per week for students under 14 years of age.
Placement Fee: $375 if a student moves home through their own volition or without cause. The school reserves the right to use its discretion on a case by case basis.
Holding Fee: $70/week to maximum 6 weeks. Payment made to retain a room any time where a student is away for more than 2 weeks.
Full medical and travel, one year. (Current rates are approximately $557.60)
Approximately $450. (Year 13 students do not wear uniform).
STATIONERY AND MATERIAL FEES
Stationery depends on individual subject requirements and could be around $20 to $100. Note some subjects require write-on workbooks at a cost.
Material fees are required for practical subjects such as art and photography costing between $100 and $300 per year. Such subjects may require specific equipment, eg. camera.
MUSIC LESSONS AND INSTRUMENTAL RENTAL
Music lessons are $200 per year as at 2016. Rental of instruments can be arranged.
SPORTS REGISTRATION (optional)
Registration can cost between $20 and $130 depending on the sport.
Government examination fees for Years 11-13, $383.30 per year.
If a student withdraws more than 7 days after the course has started, or if they are required to leave for disciplinary or non-attendance reason, a refund will NOT be payable.
In exceptional circumstances, applications for a partial refund may be made to the Principal. Payment and amount of refund will be at the Principal's discretion.
An application for refund of fees must be made in writing to the Principal explaining the reasons for seeking that refund.
If the application is made before the start of the course, fees will be refunded in full, less the administration fee.
The Board of Trustees reviews fees annually.
