    All students take the following subjects plus 2 option classes

    Subject choices will be made in consultation with the respective Dean.

    DECLARATION

    We, the student and parents, have read, understood and agree to abide by the school rules, uniform regulations and pay subject fees for subjects with a take home component, while the student is enrolled at the College.

    We hereby acknowledge and authorise Birkenhead College to collect, store, use and disclose the information provided on this form for the purposes of enrolment, general administration of the school and general care and welfare of myself/my/our child during the term of enrolment with the College and we agree to update the information as necessary.  We further certify that all information provided in the application is correct and complete, including medical information.  We also agree that our child’s image may be used in any school publications.

    Address and phone number details are collected at the time of enrolment and during the student’s time at the school so that the school can contact the parent or student as necessary. These contact details may also be passed to the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Social Development as these organisations may help young people in education or training when they leave school.
