DRAMA
Drama at Birkenhead College is offered from year 9 to year 13. We have excellent drama facilities and are fortunate to have a fantastic theatre which is often used for drama classes.  Drama is a practical, literacy rich subject which allows students create and view the world through a different lens.

The Drama curriculum allows students to gain employable and transferable skills such as collaboration, resilience, communication, creativity, critical thinking, self-management and confidence. All of these skills will help you now and in the future. Taking Drama isn’t about aiming to be an actor – skills learnt will help you in other subjects and in your future career – whether it is becoming a doctor, nurse, lawyer, engineer, teacher, plumber, electrician…
