Administration $1150 paid initially for the first year (non-refundable). This includes homestay placement, airport pick-up, homestay monitoring as per Code of Practice, assistance with visa renewal, insurance claims, annual ID cards and locker rental if available. Homestay Homestay, $240 per week, under 14, $250. Insurance Full medical and travel, one year, $535. Uniform Approximately $400. (Year 13 students do not wear uniform). Stationery and material fees Stationery depends on individual subject requirements and could be around $20 to $100. Note some subjects require write-on workbooks at a cost. Material fees are required for practical subjects such as art and photography costing between $100 and $300 per year. Such subjects may require specific equipment, eg. Camera. Music lessons and instrument rental Music lessons, $200 per year. Rental of instruments can be arranged. Sports registration (optional) Registration can cost between $20 and $130 depending on the sport. NZQA fees Government examination fees for Years 11-13, $383.30 per year. Refund Policy If a student withdraws more than 7 days after the course has started, or if they are required to leave for disciplinary or non-attendance reason, a refund will NOT be payable. In exceptional circumstances, an application for a partial refund may be made to the Principal. The payment and amount of any refund will be at the discretion of the Principal. An application for refund of fees must be made in writing to the Principal explaining the reasons for seeking that refund. If the application is made before the start of the course, fees will be refunded in full, less the administration fee. Students who gain Permanent Residence status after the course has commenced will not be eligible for a refund unless prior agreement in writing was given at the time of enrolment The Board of Trustees reviews fees annually |
